Issue: `stockpiles` not finding library directory

In version 53.11-r2, the stockpiles command does not find the library stockpiles when using Steam.

Just as a note, I was able to get them to appear by copying the hack folder from the DF Hack game folder into the Dwarf Fortess game folder.
