[Bug 🐞]: Disconnecting doesn't prevent inactivity timer

Description

When manually disconnecting the bot through discord, or using the /dc or -dc commands the inactivity time doesn't stop.

Reproduction steps

1. Use the command /dc to disconnect the bot.
2. Wait X minutes for inactivity timer.
3. Inactivity message is still sent even though the bot is not in the channel.
...
FIX: 
Cancel the executor service if the bot is disconnected prior to the elapsed timer.
