Grafana dashboard for Crowdsec

CrowdSec notifications and logs don't provide a good overview of detailed insights.

Proposed improvement

CrowdSec supports a Prometheus exporter and Grafana Dashboards which should be implemented in ns8-metrics to provide a better overview.

Target: ghcr.io/nethserver/crowdsec:1.1.6-dev.1

Requirements:

• NS8 cluster of 2 nodes

Test case 1 "Fresh install"

• Enable Grafana dashboard in metrics settings
• Install CrowdSec 1.1.6-dev.1 from testing on both nodes
• Check Grafana dashboard - there must be new module dashboards, CrowdSec metrics and overview including both CrowdSec instances
• Check that the dashboards get filled with data, it may take some time until the data is scraped

Test case 2 "Update"

• Enable Grafana dashboard in metrics settings
• Install CrowdSec stable on both nodes
• Update to CrowdSec 1.1.6-dev.1 from testing on both nodes
• Check Grafana dashboard - there must be new module dashboards, CrowdSec metrics and overview including both CrowdSec instances
• Check that the dashboards get filled with data, it may take some time until the data is scraped

Note:
To force CrowdSec data creation, you may login to the nodes via SSH using wrong credentials.
