Hi Malik, it is run by this action
.github/workflows/fetch_pypi_updates.yml
which calls this script https://github.com/PyMoDAQ/pymodaq_plugin_manager/blob/main/src/pymodaq_plugin_manager/validate.py, commits and pushes the result
