Allow comments on pictures

You need to:

1. Create a course in the system
2. Create an exercise in this course
3. Create a solution for this exercise
4. Upload a picture as a solution to this exercise

Now you can enter the solution page, and you'll see the image.
The idea is to allow the grader (grader.js) to click anywhere in the picture, and add his comment.
