Supporters Page Improvements

I would like to request that:

1 - The notice on the supporters page be changed from highlighted text to a banner.

e.g., from (snippets for general styling, not actual copy):

to:

2 - The link to the new supporters page be displayed somewhere on the current supporters page (I actually don't know what the URL is offhand). The form to fill out is on there, as well as a few other links, but not the landing page.

I don’ think that there is a new page just yet. We would very much like to link to it when it is available.
