Convenience enhancement. Mainly that Steam's current system allows a bit of, uh, revisionism in a game's release date. The right-hand infobox shows when a game released into 1.0, but if you're trying to work out how long a game's actually been around/available for purchase, that date can be... misleading.

Since SDB holds the metadata for when a game released into EA, it would be handy if that could be injected into the page below the current "1.0" release date, where applicable.
(Global "First seen" date would be useful too, if it isn't too expensive):
