The release workflow failed with timeout and we did not publish 19.0.0 docs

Describe the bug, including details regarding any error messages, version, and platform.

Pushing the tag for a release, in this case 19.0.0, triggers the release workflow.

For 19.0.0 the release workflow failed and we failed publishing docs. See:

The release is published:

But the RC has 884 assets and the release only 149.

I it seems not all artifacts where uploaded but the docs where definitely not published. We might have to download the docs and publish manually?

We should definitely also bump the 5 minutes timeout for the job if we have to upload that many assets :)
