This can be built by specifying --disable-gil to configure.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand what makes this request different from #947 since they're both very much about nogil? JIT is a side-thread over there that has some of the same hiccups as nogil does, but they're also related in that compatibility between the two isn't a given yet.

Sounds good.
My thought was that, given the soon-to-be released Python 3.14, it would be nice to have a container for free-threaded 3.14t, also known as nogil. And, if 3.14t is made available, there's much less use for 3.13t.
