Indicator on enabling/disabling of Docker Model Runner feature #829
Description
When enabling/disabling Docker Model Runner on Docker Desktop, it is currently unclear whether the action has been taken/successful or not. I believe an indicator/message would be helpful to show whether the action has failed or successful upon disabling or enabling. Let me know if any further clarification is needed, thanks!
