Instruction object is no longer in API client 9.0.0

The Approvals API is currently broken as there is no Instruction object.

Thanks @chrisdurand-RL, this is something we are actively looking into and will keep you up to date with our progress as we work to fix this for in our next release. As a workaround, please use our 8.0.0 version.
