Add Grav CMS

We're looking to use Grav CMS with our site to make it easier for our content managers to make changes when needed.

I have to do a general update to the site anyway – it's been ~3 years since I've upgraded the Ruby version. 😬 I'm hoping to get in some work this weekend and prep some issues before Hacktoberfest gets into full swing.

As for the CMS, I think I picked Grav because it's free and open-source. I'm certainly not married to this choice, so if you have any other suggestions, I'm open to hearing them!

I started a discussion post around the CMS MVP and would like your thoughts on what's written there before moving forward.

Hi Meg,I’d be very happy to discuss this further and contribute to the efforts. I do understand the problem and have some industry experience of dealing with sensitive information. I’ll review Grav cms and gather some thoughts. Apart from that my expertise are Aws, Python, NodeJS and JavaScript frameworks such as react and angular which can easily allow to build the admin portal separate from the main app. We should discuss the requirements of version controlling files and governance on what content is getting published and ability to roll back to previous versions of content. I’d assume Grav provides this out of the box.Let me know if you’d like to connect over a zoom or teams.
