Program doesn't terminate

I'm using stackify-logger together with winston-stackify. However, I need my program to terminate at the end. Are you planning to add a feature, which would allow to run Stackify with apps that do not run continuously? Or is there a way to achieve that with current versions of stackify-logger/winston-stackify?

Same issue here - use of stackify-logger keeps my program exiting. This issue has existed for a while, any update?

One thing that seems to work: Calling process.exit() explicitly when wanting to terminate. This appears to tell stackify to post all of it's queued up logs synchronously before actually terminating. Not spelled out in the docs unfortunately.

On another note, is anyone maintaining this repo? To not have a response to an inquiry that's 9 months old from a paying customer is concerning.

Calling process.exit() is currently the best way to to terminate the logger. The behavior that you noted above is in the documentation, but needs to be clarified.
