Issues With New Nuget Package

Since the update the package now stops the context menus for controller and views from working.

I noticed after I installed it, the ASP.NET MVC 4 guid: {E3E379DF-F4C6-4180-9B81-6769533ABE47}; was stripped from ProjectTypeGuids in my .csproj file. I have a feeling it might be related to that. I tried re-adding the guid manually but Visual Studio seems to keep removing it for some reason.
