Cannot find ServiceActivator class

After NuGet installation, there is no ServiceActivator.cs created.

I got the error StructureMap.StructureMapConfigurationException

No default Instance is registered and cannot be automatically determined for type ...

So what is the "next step" after NuGet?

Did you get anywhere with this? I am in the same spot and am overwhelmed with the information out there. It seems structuremap configuration changes a lot
