Pull request overview
This PR intends to add a new .NET sample chat agent application (Agent framework-based) to the Azure App Configuration examples area. However, in the current checked-out contents I reviewed, I can’t find any new .NET “chat agent” source (.cs/.csproj/.sln) or README content that corresponds to the described sample.
Changes:
- No relevant added/updated .NET sample files were found matching the PR description (no
.csproj/.sln, no README mentioning an Agent framework sample).

Did you intend to use it? It will require recreating the agent which we may want to leave out. I see that in Python we don't have refresh, so perhaps it should be omitted here.
