fix agent session editor proxy and multi repo git roots

• Fixes the editor proxy so fresh VS Code web sessions reconnect cleanly and Git resolves in the browser.
• Moves multi-repo session checkouts to sibling mounts and keeps Git operations scoped to the primary repo.
• Aligns the editor container with the seeded session Git config and adds regression coverage for the new proxy and workspace behavior.
