Justification
IT at Emerson/NI has blocked rebrand.ly as a known malicious domain. It's not, but it turns out that link shorteners can in fact be used to shorten/hide any URL, and that's enough I guess.
Implementation
Switch to
https://github.com/alejandro5042/azdo-userscripts/releases/latest/download/azdo-pr-dashboard.user.js. Use this instead ofhttps://raw.githubusercontent.com/alejandro5042/azdo-userscripts/master/src/azdo-pr-dashboard.user.jsso that we can get download analytics from GitHub.Update version and change message.
Testing
I manually installed an old version of the script in my browser, edited the link to the new value, and then successfully saw it update when I clicked the update button. Tested only with Violentmonkey.
