Description

PR removes dev-mode support from Bee by deleting the bee dev command, dev-only node initialization, special API branches, and related tests and documentation. After this change, the codebase only keeps the supported runtime modes: light, full, and ultra-light.

Open API Spec Version Changes (if applicable)

Change in /status/peers contract:

The OpenAPI contract no longer includes beeMode=dev, so formally the /status/peers response no longer allows that value. In practice, this should not break anything, because dev-mode should never appear for real peers in production networks.

@Cafe137 just for your input, that this later may affect swarm-cli and bee-js
