Fix: refresh UI after login

Description

• In the app policies, when you install the app for the first time and log in after downloading the master_data, in the drawer_menu it appears that the login did not work: no username, and you always see "Log in" instead of "Log out".
  : UI needs refresh in order to update the views after Login
