Updat CI and Dockerfile
- Updated snapshot files to reflect changes in snapshot naming conventions. - Replaced Jest mocking functions with Vitest equivalents across all test files. - Adjusted test cases to use async/await where necessary for consistency. - Introduced a Vitest configuration file to set global options for testing.
