Contact Form 7 Campaign Monitor Extension

Integrate Contact Form 7 with Campaign Monitor mailing lists. Automatically subscribe form submissions to your Campaign Monitor lists with custom field mapping, opt-in checkbox support, and Campaign Monitor API v3.1.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate through the Plugins menu in WordPress
  3. Edit any Contact Form 7 form — you'll see a new Campaign Monitor tab
  4. Enter your Campaign Monitor API key, select your list, and map your fields

Requirements

  • WordPress 6.1+
  • Contact Form 7 5.0+
  • PHP 7.4+
  • A Campaign Monitor account
